I have been an athlete for most of my life, starting with my first bike at age 4. In school I was involved in track and field as well as a member of the badminton club. Weekends were spent on my bike or the ski slopes, depending on the season. I later turned my eyes towards mountain biking in my early 20’s and it became my obsession. I also loves kayaking and weight training, which I use to compliment my active lifestyle.
I'm a certified strength and conditioning coach (ISSA-SSC) and a certified nutrition coach (NASM-CNC). As an avid cyclist, hiker and former kayak guide, I draw on my own personal experience to help my clients prepare for endurance events or just meet their own personal goals. I have participated in several endurance events including multi-day cycling events, century rides and relay races. My favourites include

Most days I can still be found in the gym or putting in miles on my bike, but you can also find me out kayaking along the shoreline or hiking the trails near my home. I occasionally ski, as well. I offer endurance training and nutrition coaching for cycling and other backcountry pursuits. I can give you guidance to help you improve your strength, endurance and times for your upcoming races and events or for your own personal goals.
