I enjoy working with people who want to challenge themselves while also feeding their passion for running in the 800 meters to Marathon. There are all kinds of ways to training to get great results. I do my best to hit the sweet spot for each runner/person I coach! Consistency and patience are crucial to success.
I am entering my 15th year of coaching cross country/track runners at the collegiate level. I grew up in the Austin area and have recently started coaching at St. Edward's University (NCAA D II) where I restarted the Cross Country program. We are in the process of adding Track at St. Edward's with the expected first season to be the spring 2018. I am USATF level II certified in Endurance Events. My racing experience ranges from the 400 meters to the marathon.
