Masters in Exercise Physiology with 13 years of coaching experience. Started my coaching career with FasCat Coaching in Boulder, Colorado before moving overseas with stints in Germany (5 Years) and Taiwan (1.5 Years). I have worked with professional and amateur athletes in the the cycling and multisport disciplines. Accolades include numerous victories over the 70.3 and 140.6 as well as World Championship qualifiers, 3x winner of the Norseman Xtreme Triathlon, 5 National Champions and an Olympic cyclist (2016).
