Masters in Exercise Physiology with 11 years of coaching experience. Started my coaching career with FasCat Coaching in Boulder, Colorado before moving overseas to stints in Germany (5 Years) and Taiwan (1.5 Years). I have worked with professional and amateur cyclists in the the cycling and multisport disciplines. Accolades include numerous 70.3 and 140.6 World Championship qualifiers, winner of the Norseman Xtreme Triathlon, 5 National Champion and an Olympic cyclist (2016).
