Hi! My name is Carrie, and I own Vertical Push Training. I have a keen interest in peaking athletes of all levels for their big result. I work with both power and endurance athletes on improving and increasing strength, efficiency, and power. I specialize in gait mechanics, injury rehab, and strength training programs for endurance athletes. I have nearly 20 years of experience as a Division I track and field coach and have trained World Championships medalists, Olympic finalists, dozens of NCAA All Americans and National track and field Champions.
