Cameron Watt is a full-time Triathlon Coach with over 34yrs experience in the Triathlon & Endurance world with vast experience in all aspects from competing as a professional for over a decade to managing a UCI Professional cycling team for 5yrs.
Cameron offers personalised coaching and guidance for all abilities & distances of Multi-Sport based on the individuals personal life circumstances, current level of fitness & guides them to their desired goal.
Cameron Watt began his Triathlon journey in 1989 growing up as a junior who progressed through the distances till becoming a professional travelling the world while racing up until 2009.
In 2010 Cameron entered the world of cycling becoming UCI cycling team manager & Director Sportif guiding the organisation to many victories around the world and was home to many National Champions, Commonwealth Champions, World Champions & Olympic Medalists on both the Road & Track.
2016 Cameron came back to Triathlon coaching full-time and since that time has coached 20 professional Ironman Winners, World ITU champions, Kona Podium getters and countless 70.3 & short course victories.
What sets Cameron apart is while was having such success with the Professionals he was similtaously coaching athletes to their first ever triathlon finishes, age group PB's, Kona qualifiers of all age's & genders with equalled passion for all achievements of his athletes.
He puts this down to the fact that he grew up with Triathlon in the 90's where the blueprint for our sport was built upon. Everyone trained & competed together, no matter your experience or speed & it's that ethos that guides Cameron's coaching philosophy. Everyone has the shared goal of using our chosen sports to improve our lives on a variety of levels and it's that shared goal that motivates Cameron to give his absolute best everyday to his athletes of all abilities and help them get the most out of their training & racing.
