Our coaching philosophy is shaped by our belief that anybody can be an athlete. We believe it’s important to foster an athlete ethos and mentality within everybody coach – this approach helps to develop discipline, resilience and cultivates a performance driven mindset. Building a relationship with those we work with and committing to a level of communication are all key to creating an environment where you can have confidence in both your programme and performance.
Whilst physical preparation is paramount, we can also provide guidance and support on psychological preparation, nutrition, race or competition strategy, and injury prevention.
I’ve currently served 11 years in the Armed Forces and have been leading, coaching and mentoring since 2015. As a physical training instructor within the military, my primary role has been to develop robust individuals in a tactical setting and deliver leading Strength and Conditioning coaching and instruction. A keen endurance enthusiast myself, with a background in strength training, i’ve competed in various multidisciplinary events and races for almost 9 years – from Functional fitness and CrossFit, Ultramarathons to Long course Triathlon.
