I'm looking forward to working with running-focused athletes and helping them achieve their goals.
I started in endurance sports in 2007 with a short course triathlon in Kingston, ON. A few years later, I switched my focus to running and in 2011 I completed my first half marathon in Saguenay, QC. From there, I went to run my first marathon in Ottawa, ON in 2012. Since then, I have finished 5 marathons, 6 half marathons, 12 triathlons and a myriad of other races of various distances.
When I’m not running, you can usually find me biking with the local cycling club or en pointe doing ballet. I also enjoy crocheting and playing with my dogs. During the day, I am a logistics officer with the Royal Canadian Air Force, currently posted to Bagotville, QC. I have undergraduate degrees in Latin and linguistics, and I am fully bilingual (English/French). I have completed the Road Runners Club of America Coaching Level 1 Certification and I'm working towards Level 2. I am also CPR and First Aid qualified.
I’m looking forward to working with athletes who are motivated to achieve their goals, whatever those goals may be. You don’t have to be the fastest out there to make running an important part of your life.
Run the course!
