18 years experience in the Health & Fitness industry across 3 countries undertaking various roles including operational management, coaching and Personal Training. Personally have raced many Marathons, 1/2 marathons and multiple distance triathlons including Ironman and Ironman 70.3.
My training philosophy is to have a 360 degree approach to training and programming. This includes dialling in training load to the individual based on goals and lifestyle. Managing strength and conditioning, pre-hap and recovery stratagies to optimise recovery and minimise injury risk.
