I have always been interested in analysing my own sport data and understanding and interpreting what the various data points mean. Sport is about having fun, but data will assist in highlighting and addressing areas to focus on that will make you both stronger and faster.

Structured workout training plans based on the results of data analysis help to focus training in areas that will be most beneficial and can help to minimise or avoid injuries and burnout in athletes.

I use a number of metrics for training and my programs can be set up based on power/pace, HR, RPE or even a combination of the 3.
