Growing up I started cycling with my Dad and was coached by him almost all my career. I am really grateful about that because he taught me that there is so much potential in each and every one of us. Coaching became a space to unlock this potential. A bit like a tandem bike : the Coach and the back helping to drive and give momentum and help but you the Athlete are in the front leading the way and moving forward with the help behind. Currently a professional Cyclist for Team Cofidis.
