By Design is a space to provide learning and training opportunities to a broad audience - clinicians, fitness professionals, training clients, and to the general population. The running performance team specializes in a comprehensive training approach, utilizing strength and conditioning and biomechanical & fitness evaluations to create a well-rounded athlete. Coming soon will be the learning center, with original blog posts and resourced content to present info and create dialogue.

Bio

I began my studies for healthcare at Indiana University, where I earned my B.S. in Exercise Science and competed on the Men's Track & Field and Cross Country teams. Three years ago I made the move from Indiana to NYC to begin my Physical Therapy degree at New York University. 

My favorite thing about the career I've selected is the variety of settings physical therapy can make an impact in. I enjoy working with a spectrum of individuals that wish to focus on anything from injury rehab, pain resolution, sports performance, lifestyle medicine, and more. Since my move to NYC, I've enjoyed working with an array of clients at New York Athletic Club as a strength and conditioning specialist, and I've been fortunate to spend my summers working with some of the country's most talented high-school distance runners at Team Prep USA in Crested Butte, Colorado. My love for human performance and the sport of running is something that I hope to share with you.
