Coach Bio
I swam competitively for 11-years. When I retired from swimming I began coaching an age-group swim team and took up triathlon. Shortly after I began working with triathletes to help improve their generally poor swimming. That morphed into full triathlon coaching. In 2015 I began coaching full-time and in 2017 opened BSC Multisport.
We utilize a holistic approach that emphasizes health, consistency and balance as we partner with you to prepare you for your next PR!
