Bryan's passion has always been developing himself so that he could pass on what he learnt to others. Currently, he works with athletes to push them further than they thought was possible. Bryan has really shown that he can take amateur riders on less than 15hrs a week and help compete with the best riders in the world on the big days, like Nationals.
I am an endurance specialist working with road racers, TT specialists and triathletes of all distances. All coaching and training programs will have a certain amount of strength & conditioning to support the endurance work. I also offer nutritional consultations as nutrition plays a key role in performance adaptations.

Level 2 & 3 REPS Certs (progressing through)
Bryan has worked full-time as a technical advisor for chain reaction cycles while training 15-17hrs a week in preparation for the An Post Ras. Bryan has trained to a high level progressing to Cat 1 in 2.5years from a beginner.
Bryan seen a future in coaching after working with some athletes on a personal level and things have grown from there. Coaching amateurs to great success across all endurance disciplines are what he specialises in.
