At Energy Link our approach is to develop athletes through tailored training regimes that promote consistency, enabling adaptation and improvement while minimising downtime.
Former professional triathlete with over 20 years coaching experience. Energy Link has worked with age groupers and professionals triathletes, from beginners to seasoned athletes.
A number of our Age groupers have won World Championship races.
