I’ve been supporting others in their fitness journeys since 2017 and officially launched my own coaching business in 2024. I'm passionate about helping people reach their goals and truly value being part of that process.

My own path began with strength training, and in 2017, I began my running journey. After self-coaching my way to my first 5K that same year, I progressed through every road distance over the next three years. In 2020, I began trail running and completed my first ultramarathon, a 60k, in 2021. That race fueled my desire to go longer. Since then, I’ve completed six 100-mile races and most recently finished the Cocodona 250 in May 2025. I’ve also completed the Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim twice, in October 2023 and April 2025. I am currently training for No Business 100 in October 2025 and a return to Cocodona 250 in 2026.

In early 2024, I began my coaching certification journey. I believe in the powerful synergy between strength and endurance, and I incorporate both to help athletes become well-rounded, resilient, and high-performing. I'm certified as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), and UESCA Running Coach. I'm currently pursuing two additional certifications to continue expanding my ability to serve my athletes at the highest level.

Through this journey, I've met amazing people and athletes. I want to help people realize they are capable of more and there are no limitations to what we can do.
