Stacey Brickson   BrickO's Drafters

Over the past 20 plus years, I've tailored my career as a Physical Therapist and Exercise Physiologist to encompass my passion for cycling. I have a small private niche practice located in a bike shop where we specialize in therapeutic bike fit. I also do cycling research. My target group is athletes who are transitioning from another primary sport to endurance cycling and looking to understand cycling fundamentals and principles of exercise physiology, and those overcoming injury.

  • Licensed Physical Therapist
  • Certified Athletic Trainer
  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach
  • USA Cycling Level 2 Coach
  • PhD in Exercise Physiology
  • Bike group "BrickO's Drafters" in Madison, WI who train year around, outdoors and indoor cycling
  • 6 time Ironman finisher, podium finish LoToJa Masters division
  • Philosophy: decide if you want to get better, or stay the same. Sometimes getting better looks like staying the same, which is a graceful way to age. Set a goal that keeps you feeling alive, a bit scared, excited, and is barely within your reach. Be prepared to fail. If you only succeed, you are likely setting the bar too low.
