No two athletes are the same. For maximum results, your training plan needs to be tailored to your goals, abilities, experience and lifestyle. I get to know you and then develop your personalized plan. Our communication will be a through a combination of the Training Peaks web portal, via email, phone calls and one-on-one meetings. As a coached athlete I understand the need for timely communications and this is paramount in my approach.
Brian Scott has raced in a variety of athletic events from an early age. He has competed in x-country skiing, marathons, triathlons and in Ironman races across Canada and the U.S. He often trains alongside his wife Cynthia and they enjoy travelling to competitions together. Training and competing is a passion he loves to share with other dedicated athletes.
