I’m a serving Royal Marines Commando, former firefighter, and performance coach with a lifelong background in sport and competitive endurance training. I’ve competed across multiple disciplines and now coach athletes in endurance sport, HYROX, and strength-based conditioning.
My coaching philosophy is built around structure, accountability, and intelligent training that fits around work, family, and life pressures. I work with athletes ranging from beginners completing their first event through to competitive age-group athletes, helping them improve performance while reducing injury risk and burnout.
Training is tailored using performance data, clear progression, and honest communication. I place strong emphasis on consistency, movement quality, and long-term development rather than quick fixes.
