My own passion for Health, Fitness and Sport Performance, coupled with a long history in this field and extensive (and continuing) education has driven me to share my knowledge and skills to help others live their own best lives.
My formal education is in Human Kinetics and Teaching, and have completed additional certifications in Nutrition and Coaching.
I've been racing triathlon since 2006, completing my first Ironman in 2008. My personal favourite race distance is 70.3 and I race 2-3 per year.
