Brian has been an elite bicycle racer for over 25 years. He has been coaching cyclists and triathletes for 7 years in both sport-specific, as well as off season strength and fitness building. Brian as drawn on his experience as a certified Kettle Bell Instructor and elite bicycle racer to create a coaching program designed to improve your bike & run performance. His Functional Movement Training has empowered him to assess your movement patterns and identify your weak links. By working on your weakest link, you become stronger and less prone to injury. Brian has found incredible success for all athletes, even the weekend athlete.
