I’m a USA Cycling National Team athlete with over a decade of racing experience across road, cyclocross, gravel and track cycling. I currently live in Palo Alto, CA but frequently train at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs and the Velo Sports Center Velodrome in Los Angeles, working with elite coaches, sport scientists, sports psychologists, and advanced aerodynamic testing systems. As a coach, my goal is to translate what I learn in high performance environments into practical, sustainable training for everyday athletes.

My philosophy is built around balance and purpose. Life is busy, so I focus on quality over quantity with data driven training tailored to your goals and schedule. Training should support your life, not compete with it.

I believe athletes perform best when they understand the why behind their training. I encourage questions, communication, and long term learning so you gain the confidence to make smart training decisions over time.

All plans are fully personalized using TrainingPeaks and WKO5. Workouts are based on your current fitness, power and heart rate zones, and long term goals, using a structured, periodized approach. I typically plan one to two weeks ahead so we can adjust as life happens. Your feedback matters as much as the data.

I work best with athletes who bring a growth mindset and the ability to self reflect. If you want structured training, clear communication, and a sustainable path to getting faster, we’ll be a good fit.
