Athlete Requirements
I require that athletes have, at minimum, a GPS/heart rate monitor that is capable of uploading data to TrainingPeaks. I highly recommend bicycle and run power meters, and can advise on selection.

10+ IRONMAN finisher, former USAT AllAmerican, IRONMAN AWA, and veteran of well over 100 triathlons, I am a firm believer in structuring an individual customized training plan that fits into my client's lifestyle and provides challenging workouts along with adequate recovery time. As an experienced Masters athlete and coach, I can help all levels of competitors reach for their goals, whether a first-timer striving to finish a sprint race, or an experienced athlete looking to move up to the next level of performance or expand their horizons to a new distance.

As a correspondence coaching service, I am very focused on communication, both from coach to athlete and vice versa. My program comes with unlimited contact through all available methods and my planning is dependent on receiving and analyzing uploaded data, along with athlete feedback on their progress and feelings about their sessions. It is my philosophy that workout scheduling is only a single facet of the service I provide, and my athletes can rely upon me to do whatever is necessary to guide them along the path to planning, building toward, and achieving their athletic goals.
