Founder and Head Coach of Axes Performance Coaching LLC
I take a whole being approach to coaching athletes. At Axes Performance, we look at how both the body and the mind are being trained for performance.  Weekly updated training plans focus on sport specific physical adaptation.  Additionally, working Axes Coaches gives you access to multiple certified coaches, including Ironman World Championship qualifiers, Registered Sports Dietitians and the Axes Sports Psychology resources.
I also offer clients the opportunity to look at performance beyond sport through health coaching services that guide clients in creating and achieving their vision of optimal health and performance in their lives.  While these services are available to all clients, they are not a required part of the endurance coaching experience.
With more than a decade of experience as an independent multi-sport coach, my clients have ranged from first time sprint triathletes to podium finishers and World Championship 70.3 qualifiers. I have founded multiple club-format multi-sport organizations and hold numerous coaching and training certifications. A native of New England, I currently live and train in Charleston, South Carolina with my wife Tamara, my 2 children, and our various pets.
