Tom Dvoratchek   Body Phyiscis Endurance Coaching

I currently work with a variety of endurance athlete'. I have Marathon & ultra runners, mountain bikers ( Leadville & WORS) Cycle Cross & time-trialists, Cross Country skiers, Triathlete's ( Ironman, 70.3,Olympic & sprint), kayakers and some general fitness and weekend warrior types. I currently have a few athletes who qualified for Olympic National age group championships, a 70.3 World Championship athlete, a number of Boston qualifiers and a few age group runners who are top local Runners.

My coaching philosophy is that first and foremost to make the clients goals my goals. My philosophy is centered around personalized plans that focus on keeping clients goals number one while putting equal emphasis on keeping them safe and avoiding injury. Short cuts or higher risk training methods are not something I do. My coaching is more lifestyle centered than “bucket list” coaching. So during our interview process I will be very honest about whether I think your goals are realistic in the time frames you present. I will error on the side of slower and safer rather than faster and more recluse. I also put extra emphasis on having a supportive network around my clients so if family and friends are not supportive I may not be the right coach for the you. Last, I strive to use the best scientific methods and tools to help the client meet their goals.
I've been a professional coach since 1993. I've worked with team & individual sports at levels from High school,Junior Olympic, College & Professional Athlete's. I'm degreed (Exercise Science). I have current certifications with USA triathlon, USA Cycling, Road Runner Club of America (RRCA) & I previously have been a USA volleyball coach certified coach, & coastal kayak instructor too. I've competed since I was 10 (49 yrs old now) in running, cycling, triathlon, cross country skiing, and kayak racing to name a few. I served as a U.S. Marines. I still compete 70.3's, cross country ski marathon's, mtb races to name a few.
