Remote triathlon, running and cycling coaching from QT2 Systems. Your training is anchored to Critical Power and Critical Speed testing, and your coach uses our StressLogic framework to decide how much training stress to apply each week, so every session has a reason. We coach athletes from first-time triathletes through IRONMAN. QT2 by the numbers (as of Sep 30, 2026): 1,000+ athletes coached, 20+ years, 300+ Kona qualifications, 98% athlete retention.
I'm Bob Richter, a QT2 Systems and USA Triathlon, USATF, and RRCA Level 1 coach. I've been a QT2 Systems coached athlete since 2018 and a coach since 2022. I provide my athletes with individualized, data-driven training grounded in sound physiology, and adapted to the athlete's life. I'm a 6x IRONMAN finisher, World Championship qualifier, 18x IRONMAN 70.3 finisher and WC qualifier/finisher. I've run over 13 marathons and am a multiple-time Boston qualifier.
At QT2 Systems, your training is anchored to Critical Power and Critical Speed testing, and your coach uses StressLogic to decide how much training stress to apply each week, so every session has a reason.
That thinking runs through QT2.0, our coaching system:
A QT2 coach should always be able to explain why you're doing what you're doing, when you're doing it.
We offer four services on that same framework: QT2.0 1-1 Comprehensive Coaching, QT2.0 1-1 Coaching, Base+ Coaching and Base+ Coach Support. They differ in how often your coach adjusts your training and how much support you get.
