Working with athletes to achieve their athletic potential in all things Swim, Bike & Run. Since moving to Qatar in 2017, I have been at the forefront of triathlon coaching both at a national level and on the domestic racing scene. Internationally I have assisted Qatari Age group athletes at the 2018 World Championships in Australia, both in preparation for the race and execution on race day.

Introducing BMC Coaching

Gaining my first Triathlon coaching qualification in 2011, and having completed my undergraduate in Sport Studies BA (Hons) Sports and Exercise, and more recently completing my Professional Master of Education in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching. I now work full time as a Physical Education Teacher and Coach in Qatar.

I have gained a valuable perspective from being an athlete and now a coach, I realised that coaching is fundamentally a two-way relationship, it’s about building trust, identifying and working towards a chosen goal. Creating a personalised training plan which identifies weaknesses, maintains and enhances strengths while taking into account the demands of everyday life. However, it should be
remembered commitment, dedication, and loyalty to the training plan will bring about progress, better results and personal success, alongside this some of the main pillars of my coaching philosophy are :
