Coach Jenn Gaddy is a physical therapist with a sports medicine and orthopedic background as she has been treating our elite military population for the past 15 years. She specializes in technique analysis, programming, strength training, and fitting training into your busy lifestyle. Jenn's passion is making sure your make it to your race injury free and enjoying every minute. Jenn also has certifications in Metabolic Efficiency training, BikeFit, CrossFit, and probably whatever athletic endeavour you can think of.
