I take a holistic, long-term approach to athlete development. More than a decade of experience training Canada's best mountain bike athletes, in addition to working with triathletes, nordic skiers, alpine skiers, road cyclists, and BMX racers.

Using personal experience as an elite athlete and my post-secondary study of exercise physiology and education, I put programs together using backwards design. Choose the desired outcome and I will set up the process required to get there.
