Bike Performance and Adventure focuses on individual and group cycling coaching. This ranges from specific cycling performance training, to weekend and week long training camps and adventure rides. My aim is to inspire, educate, and provide a social network where cyclists of all abilities and ages can reach their goals, whilst sharing the experience with other like minded people.
I have been teaching and coaching a variety of sports for my entire career with an emphasis on endurance sports. I graduated from the Cardiff Metropolitan University where I studied Sports Coaching. I am also a qualified Physical Education teacher graduating from the University of Exeter.
My philosophy as a coach is to assist and support you to achieve your goals. I also want you to become the very best athlete you can be whilst maintaining a love and a passion for the sport of cycling.

My main strength as a coach is in identifying where each persons strengths and weaknesses lie and focusing on how to improve them. My approach to coaching is to listen to your needs as a cyclist and design the training plan around your schedule and requirements.
