I have been a runner for 20 years, obtaining top 5 finishes at road and trail races of various distances.
I have been a coach for 5 years and use methods tried and tested after reading and following the works of many coaches like Arthur Lydiard, Coach Canova, Ben Rosario and more
Heart rate training is my passion and philosophy and targeting your training zones and working out your correct pacing is sure to bring results.
Effort and some hard work is required but I believe you need to train smarter not always harder.
