Hi!
My name is Ben. I grew up playing sports all the way to the collegiate level (lacrosse), and I'm from Brooklyn, NY. I come from a strong exercise background. I grew up in my father's Chiropractic office working there and learning about the body and human movement. I earned a degree from SUNY Buffalo in Personal Health & Wellness Training (combo of exercise science, pre-med, nutrition, and psychology).
I stumbled across multi-sport in my mid 20s as I found myself running more and coaching more endurance athletes for strength and conditioning. It is a true passion and I love sharing love of the sport as well as guiding others to reach their goals and aspirations.
Here are some of my qualifications and current roles
