Becky Black specializes in coaching beginner and intermediate level
triathletes and runners serious about getting to the next level.
She is an expert in gait & swim analysis for athletes who are injured or seeking to enhance their training by improving their skills.
Becky has a passion for education and teaching, she has both her B.S. and M.S. in Exercise science with emphasis in fitness leadership and exercise physiology. She began her coaching career in 2011 teaching student fitness classes at the University of Utah. From 2014-2016 she worked as the Triathlon Coach and Personal trainer at Life Time Fitness. In summer of 2016 Becky broke off to create her own brand and coaching business focusing on what she does best - educating athletes who want more than just a training plan.
Becky specializes in working with beginner and intermediate athletes, and conducting movement analysis. She is an expert at run and swim form and has helped dozens of runners and swimmers get rid of injuries including sciatica, plantar fascitis, achiles tendonitis, IT Band Syndrome, frozen shoulder, and more. Her work has also helped many athletes achieve levels of success they didn't think possible.
As an athlete, she has completed nine marathons, three 70.3 events, one full Ironman, and dozens of short course triathlons and half marathons.
Becky currently resides in the Denver area with her husband and two dogs.
