I've been active for as long as I remember. Swimming, cycling, hiking and running are amongst the activities I enjoyed the most. For it was so enjoyable, I aimed to study Sports Science and learn everything I could about training and everything around it.
Since 2017 I've been working as a personal trainer, physiologist and coach.
I've supervised more than 1000 VO2máx and lactate tests, coached more than 30 amateur cyclists and runners, and been a personal trainer of a few elite XCO athletes.
Over the last two years I've changed the way I work. I started working with another coach with two decade's experience and great results. As he started to lose interest in the athlete himself and payed more attention to the business side of things, I started to distance my self from that philosophy, and began to focus on the athletes whole life, before any planning happened.
I believe that science is a must in training, but science doesn't allow one to predict how the athletes day will play out. It can't predict whether he will be angry or stressed, sleepy or anxious. Therefore constant contact and feedback exchange between both parties is of utmost importance for me.
If you choose to train with me you can expect constant follow-up, so I can understand how you're feeling and adjust your training accordingly.
