I'm Bart Vromans, an enthousiastic and experience human movement scienctist / endurance trainer. I worked different types of athletes getting ready for their personal goals. I'm focussed mostly on endurance sports such as running, cycling (all kinds) and triathlon. I can help you with personal guidance in providing weekly adjusted schemes or a pre-set schema for several weeks, to help you become the best version of yourself!
I started my career during my Human Movement Sciences Masters. At first, during my studies, I was more focused on the exercise physiology and load management in team sports. After I received my Masters degree I started to focus and specialze more and more on endurance sports.
The last years I have already worked with several different endurance athletes like cyclists, mountainbikers, triathletes and runners from all types of level. Over these last years I have developed myself further with different extra courses on for example on bikefitting, high intensity interval training, practical applies exercise physiology and some courses from the TrainingPeaks university.
Ofcourse I thrive to push myself to get better and better in coaching, just as I desire my athletes to do.
