Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry as a trainer, coach, and manager. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, a USAT Level 2 and Youth & Junior Coach, a USAT&F Level 1 Coach, and Certified Lifeguard.
Jeff has worked with an extremely varied population of clientele in New York and Los Angeles, from celebrities, to youth athletes, and "weekend warriors."
As the Head Coach of two triathlon teams, Jeff has coached athletes to numerous podium and Ironman finishes. He has also helped hundreds of athletes cross the finish line of their very first triathlon!
He founded B Athletic Multisport to fuel his passion for triathlon and the multisport lifestyle. In 2012, Jeff started the Team Barracuda Youth & Junior Triathlon Program to introduce kids to multisport, and teach them how to have fun and succeed in a sport they can do for the rest of their lives! Team Barracuda now has three levels of programming, with the highest level 3 program designated as an official USAT High Performance Team!
Jeff was a collegiate football and track & field athlete. He is a two-time Ironman finisher, two-time marathon finisher, and has raced in countless 70.3, Olympic, and Sprint distance triathlons. He continues to compete in numerous sports and endurance events today. Jeff can often be seen running around his hometown in Westchester, NY with his dog Diesel.
