Athletes receive workout analysis (heart rate, power, pace), nutrition consultation, injury prevention and rehabilitation through individualized and periodized strength training programs, skill/technique for swim, bike, run as well as regular coaching contact to discuss psychological skills necessary for training and racing from Sprint to Ironman triathlon and 5k to Ultramarathon .

She is a yoga instructor, a competitive triathlete (Kona Ironman World Championship competitor) and ultra marathoner (Leadville 100 finisher), a Certified Athletic Trainer, a Ph.D. in Sports Psychology, a CISSN Certified Sport Nutritionist and a Level II USA Triathlon Coach. With over nine years experience coaching athletes and working with a wide range of clients from world class to novice triathletes, runners and cyclists, Abby not only draws from her own personal experience as an athlete and an academic, but also from her wealth of knowledge and history helping others.
