Andrew Watson coaching philosophy is athlete centered and based on scientific training methods with a focus on progression, consistency and attainable goal setting. Andrew utilizes Heart Rate, Power and muscle oxygen sensor data to prescribe individualized training programs and WKO4 to review data.
After a long career as a professional mountain bike racer Andrew has transitioned over several years into a full time coaching career. Andrew is a NCCP Competition development coach(level 3) as well as a certified level 2 PMBIA instructor.
