I offer pre made and customized training plans to everyone from beginner to competitive athletes. These are based on the latest sport science and basic principles in training physiology. That way you can train smarter to reach your goals.

I am a 26-year-old endurance coach in the start of my coaching career. I have a bachelor's degree in sports with a specialization in the coaching role with cycling as a specialization sport and a master’s degree exercise physiology.

Personally, I have experience from road cycling on a medium high national level. As well as doing sports like football, cross country skiing, biathlon and running in my teens before switching to cycling full time where I have been self-trained. Without a huge amount of training time or a goal of becoming pro I have achieved a VO2 max of 73mL/kg/min, with the help of the training principles and research I have learned over the years. In addition I am a very active Zwift user with close to 1000 hours logged.

What can I offer you? I offer customized training plans, everything from two weeks to a multiyear athlete-coach relationship. After knowing your goals, what you want to achieve and how you are able to train. I will map your physiological profile to find your strengths and weaknesses so we can make a customized training plan to reach your goals. I basically offer two types of customized training plans; with and without feedback and adjustments of the plan during the training period.
