Practicing cardiologist with MS in exercise physiology. USAT level 1 and 80/20 Endurance certified. I bring to my coaching approach a personal understanding of the challenges of balancing work and family life with training, a deep knowledge of human health and physiology, and a strong commitment to responsiveness and timely communication with athletes.

An adult-onset athlete, I did my first triathlon in 2014. I loved triathlon so much that I got USAT level 1 and 80/20 Endurance certification, and went back to college for a Master of Science degree in exercise physiology. In “real life” I am a cardiologist and mom to 3 kids. As a triathlete, I have completed distances from sprint to full Ironman, and qualified for/raced at Age Group Nationals many times.
