Hey,
I have been a sport enthusiast all my life.
I dabbled with tennis, athletics, swimming, xcountry running, windsurfing, surfing, add a bit of ballet, skiing, taekwondo (black belt), keen show jumper and finally stumbled on Triathlon and 9 years on still doing it.
I did many sprints, Olympics, a few half Ironman, marathon and many trail running.
I think practising so many sports has given me a broad view about training.
So beside being a sport enthusiast, I also like to give back to my community.
It started by creating a junior session in our club and starting coaching them. This was about 3 years ago.
I was then asked to help with adult swimming lessons and from there, I have been asked to privately coach people for various events.
I'm a level 2 Triathlon coach and have a level 6 Fetac in sport and Nutrition.
I immensely enjoy developing a bond with a client while helping them achieve their goals.
The health, physical and mental well being of anyone is always my top priority.
Respect is also a high value on my list.
If not coaching, you can find me on a horse or enjoying a glass of red wine (not French for nothing).
