As a qualified sport scientist and professional cyclist for serval years, I offer 1-to-1 personalised coaching for athletes of all levels across the globe.
I have worked with many riders to help them achieve their goals, be it National Titles, first wins, podiums, turning professional, or improving their fitness and enjoyment on the bike.
All my training plans are bespoke for each athlete on an individualised basis. No two athletes are the same, so why should their training plans be?
I started my coaching journey in 2017, studying for a degree in Sports and Exercise Sciences at the University of Gloucester. I had already been cycling full time for 4 years prior to this and decided to use my theoretical knowledge alongside my practical experience to begin coaching cyclists.
In 2019 I turned professional with Swift Carbon Pro Cycling, racing internationally across Europe in UCI events such as the Volta a Portugal and the Tour of Britain.
While racing professionally, I graduated from university with a 1st Class Degree as well as being awarded the Alan Patrick Memorial Prize for academic excellence after achieving the highest grade in my academic year. I also gained my Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 2 Gym Instructor qualifications whilst studying.
After graduating, I started work with Wahoo Fitness as a coach and sport scientist, while continuing to progress ATP Performance. I currently coach riders across the continents of Europe, North America, Asia, Africa, and Australasia. In 2022 I started working for Cycling Weekly as their Cycling Coach writing regular articles.
I continue to grow and develop ATP Performance and recently became a Performance Consultant for the Silverstone Sports Engineering Hub where I offer Wind Tunnel Testing.
