Rudi Frankinouille is a physical coach with a strong scientific background as a sports physiologist and formal education in physical therapy. He holds the highest Belgian qualification in triathlon coaching (Level A) and has extensive experience coaching recreational, competitive and elite athletes. As a former subtop triathlete in Belgium, Rudi combines personal competition experience with evidence-based training, focusing on performance optimization, injury prevention and long-term development.
Mieke Smet is a physical coach with a Level B triathlon license and the highest Belgian coaching qualification in swimming (Level A). She is educated as a physical therapist and brings strong expertise in swimming technique, endurance training and rehabilitation-oriented coaching. As a former international open-water swimmer, she has deep insight into the physical and mental demands of high-level endurance sport.
Together, we combine high-performance coaching with medical expertise. In addition to athlete coaching, we provide hybrid return-to-sport programs for large groups of patients after oncological, cardiological and stroke-related treatments. These programs safely bridge clinical rehabilitation and structured physical activity, with a strong focus on safety, gradual progression and sustainable return to sport.
