A keen runner and triathlete, I started my endurance life in my late 20's, completing running events from 5km to marathons and ultras, and finding a passion for triathlon after initially introducing cycling and swimming as cross-training. I am a firm believer that it is never too late to take on a new challenge.
My coaching approach relies on two crucial aspects: knowledge and personalisation. I thrive to stay at the forefront of sport science, the latest training methods, metrics and studies. With a background in data science, I will help you understand your training data, when and how to use - or not - the various methods and metrics, without losing touch with your feelings. Together we will explore which training philosophy works for you. Personalisation is fundamental in order to adapt the strategy to the athlete, their life, their goals and their unique approach to training.
