Aspire2 offers customised, week-by-week run-coaching programs. These are tailored to your fitness level, experience and goal(s). A key feature of the Aspire2 approach is inclusion of twice-weekly, run-specific strength-training. For local Clients, your coaching fee includes FREE attendance at two group strength-training sessions each week.
