Through my devotion to running, I have set- and achieved many previously unthinkable personal goals over the years. I have found that by constantly setting myself running-related challenges, the potential for personal growth is enormous. Such learnings are transferable to other areas of life, including: Career; Family; and Ambitions. I am passionate about helping others experience this Journey:

  1. choose a goal;
  2. make a plan;
  3. commit to- and accomplish it.
