Uniquely, I am a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Sport Nutrition Coach, and Triathlon/Rowing coach. Certified through USAT, USRowing (L2). Typically, high performing athletes seek specialized strength, nutrition, and sport coaching services. I deliver all three for you.

Additionally, I know you personally. You are an athlete, and a person.

When we work together, it is more than a training plan. Coaching is a process that involves communication, process, and trust.
