Head coach of fastest triathlon club in Kazakhstan, coaching guys who had done sub 9 hour IRONMAN and had a Kona qualifications.
I know how become faster in all three disciplines even without any background in sports.
I learn a lot from real coaching science and experience, not just from papers.

Started sports at 23 (2010).
Started coaching in 2012.
Completed first IM in 9:35 (together with my atlete who's done 9:45)
2020 - 70.3 Dubai - 4:09
2022 - IM Astana - 9:10 (my athlete done at 9:22 and got the Kona slot)
2023 - another athlete done in IM Australia at 9:21
2024 - my athlete done 8:51 in Roth. Also my athletes finished 2nd and 3rd places overall at Hymalaian Xtri.
Have certifications: TriSutto, Russian Triathlon, Kazakhstan Triathlon.
