Our one-to-one service delivers a workload that is tailor made to fit your needs and ability. Discuss your goals with a qualified, experienced coach that wants you to succeed. You can choose the level of contact, it can be weekly, fortnightly, you choose, by email, phone or zoom. I train in person with some athletes as a one-off, or regular sessions.
I am partnered with a chartered physio.
Push yourself to an outcome that you thought unachievable. I have the tools to help you.
In 2017, I completed a Certificate of Higher Education in Sport Fitness, Coaching and Management. 2021/22 is the final year of my sports science degree.
I like to keep up to date with the science and attend proffesional development training as often as I can, I have a current DBS certificate and safegaurding certification that includes vulnerable adults and I have completed UKA and FRA level 2 coaching licenses.
My professional sporting career began in 1980 as an apprentice jockey in Newmarket. Whilst that was relatively short lived, due to a growth spurt in my mid twenties, I have always maintained close links to athletics and the fitness industry.
At nearly 60 years old I am very grateful to still be a competitive mountain ultra runner, the knees are holding up. Up-coming events include the Montane Cheviot Goat and the Wild Horse Mid Wales 200. I have placed in the Welsh 3,000's and finished many events, ranging from the Wooler, Conti Thunder Run, Kielder 100, Cheviot Goat, V3K and many more, I've dnf'd a few as well but that's all part of the learning experience.
