My sports carreer started as a modern pentathlete at the age of 14. From there I went on to compete in the panamerican games and to qualify for the youth olympics games in modern pentathlon.
In 2012 I moved to the US for university and unable to continue with modern pentathlon I started racing triathlons. Fast forward a couple of years and now I'm a current Pro triathlete and head coach of ELITE TRAINING TEAM. I have two Bachelors of Science: exercise Sciences/sports physiology and dietetics.
I currently have over 10 years of coaching experience both in person and remote, have coached athletes in triathlon to multiple world champs qualifications in Kona, Nice and 70.3 worlds and I'm the current national record holder for middle and long distance triathlon.
I like to coach athlete's of all different levels and backgrounds with a science based approach to maximize their available training time in order to fast track them to their goals.
