Jon Cowell MSc has been training, coaching and mentoring all manner of athletes for over 20 years; from road running club beginners and experienced marathoners to medal winning Age Group Duathletes, Triathletes and International athletes.
With a supportive and empathetic style, Jon will encourage beginners to take on the multisport challenge, or guide runners through the transition to achieve natural running form or provide a critical and constructive review of the more experienced athlete's training.
Jon has also successfully worked with athletes of all abilities to improve their running form, achieving championship winning form at all levels of his coaching.
