Started in triathlon in 2005 and became a certified USAT coach in 2008, then obtained USAT L2 Certification in 2011; also earned certifications in USA Track and Field L1 and ASCA L2 Coach. I grew up swimming in high school and college where I earned All American status and was admitted into the SUNY Potsdam Hall of Fame. I have competed in both IM and IM 70.3 World Championships. I placed 3rd in AG at IM Louisville. I was selected by USAT as the Head Team USA Coach for the 2015 World Championships in Chicago. In 2013 I was recognized by USAT and awarded the Jeff Jewell Spirit Award. I coach high school xc and track and field (9 yrs), coach’s a 6 wk youth program to train for a local youth tri (9 yrs), am Head Coach for a summer swim team (11 yrs), and am an asst coach for the South East Junior Elite Tri Team. I love working with clients to help them achieve their goals while balancing family and life, instilling the love of athletics and living a healthy lifestyle.
